Online Physiotherapy

An online physiotherapy appointment is an appointment conducted over Zoom, an online video call service.

This enables you to receive advice without having to travel to the physiotherapy clinic.

During your session the physiotherapist will assess your symptoms, analyse your movement and then you will be provided with exercises and self treatments to alleviate your symptoms.

Following your session you will be provided with exercise videos to follow at home and ongoing email support.
